Bear Watching from the Luxury Bear Cabin

The Luxury Bear Cabin offers a unique opportunity to observe wild bears comfortably and safely directly from the cabin. Large windows provide an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature, and at best, bears may move just a few metres away.

The experience combines high-quality accommodation with authentic wilderness. The cabin is located in a მშვიდ and secluded area approximately 700 metres from Bear Centre, offering both easy access and complete tranquillity.

The probability of seeing bears is high, approximately 80–95% depending on the season. During a single night, it is possible to see several individuals. At their closest, bears and wolverines may come within about 20 metres of the windows. The experience is enhanced by the possibility to listen to live nature sounds through the cabin’s audio system.

This is not just wildlife watching, but a complete nature experience – an opportunity to relax, observe, and connect with the wild at close range. Photography is also possible directly through the window glass.

Schedule:
• 13:00–16:00 arrival and check-in
• 16:00 dinner
• 17:00 briefing and transfer to the cabin (by own car, approx. 700 m)
• evening and night wildlife observation
• 07:30 breakfast at Bear Centre
• 12:00 check-out

Note: Guests must remain inside the cabin during the night to avoid disturbing the animals.

Viewing and Photography Conditions

Bears move freely in the area and may come very close to the cabin. Large windows provide excellent viewing and photography opportunities directly from indoors.

The cabin is located on slightly elevated terrain, offering wide views over the surrounding landscape.

In addition to bears, you may also see:
• wolves (rarely)
• wolverines
• foxes
• other wildlife

Sightings vary depending on nature, making each visit unique.

Nature Experience

The experience is based on silence and observing nature. Animals move freely on their own terms, and the best moments often happen unexpectedly.

Natural sounds – breaking twigs, birdsong, and animal movement – are an essential part of the experience. The cabin is equipped with an audio system that amplifies outdoor sounds, bringing nature even closer.
